Argentina has imposed a five-year anti-dumping duty on unglazed tiles in China.
On November 28th, the Argentine Ministry of Production and Employment issued Resolution No. 124 of 2018 in the official gazette, announcing the unglazed tiles originating in China (Spanish: placas y baldosasde gres fino “porcellanato” y “porcelana”, sin Barnizar ni esmaltar, para pavimentacióno revestimiento) made an anti-dumping sunset review and a positive change in the situation review, and imposed an anti-dumping duty of 27.7% on the FOB price of the product in question. The customs code of the Nangong City of the products involved is 6907.21.00. This resolution is effective from the date of publication of the official gazette and is valid for 5 years.
